Shipping & Returns

In the ALICIA'S DIARY Jewelry online shop you can quickly and easily order durable jewelry online!

Unless otherwise stated, jewelry items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays that occur during shipping.

Our packages are designed to fit through most letterbox slots, eliminating the need to visit the post office and allowing you to unpack your new jewelry on the day of delivery. Exceptions may apply to very large orders and some items in our bridal jewelry collection.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order! We will use the exact address you provide. For packages returned to the sender due to incorrect address information, missing nameplates on the mailbox, recipient absence, etc., we will charge the newly incurred shipping costs for reshipping.

We accept no responsibility for packages marked as delivered but not received, nor for externally damaged or opened packages that have been accepted by the recipient. We are not responsible for the drop-off location you specify or for communication with the shipping company.

RETURNS

We take great care to present and describe our jewelry exactly as it is. However, should an item not be as you expected, that's no problem: If the piece is unworn and in its original condition, we will gladly accept its return. Please also read the care instructions carefully. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your package.

Please let us know if you wish to return your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and once it arrives back with us, we will check it for damage and process your refund. We are not responsible for any loss in value or deviation from the original condition of the item due to, for example, damage, overuse, soiling, etc.

To exchange an item, you can return your package and simply order a new one.
